Single Screw Pump

HYANG G-type single screw pump is a kind of internally meshing closed screw pump, which belongs to rotor type positive displacement pump. Working principle

A single screw pump is an internal meshing rotary positive displacement pump. The main working parts are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed bushing (stator). Due to the special geometric shapes of the rotor and stator, several separate sealed cavities are formed. The operation of the rotor conveys the medium in each sealed cavity continuously at a constant speed, and with a constant volume from the suction side to the pressure side. Due to these characteristics, the HYANG series single screw pump is particularly suitable for the following working conditions:

1. Convey high viscosity medium.

2. Convey medium containing solid particles or fibers.

3. Requires continuous, stable pressure and no periodic pressure fluctuations.

4. It requires small agitation and does not damage conveyed medium inherent structure.

5. Low noise.
