Mud Tank Agitator
HYANG is available for vertical mud tank agitators and horizontal mud tank agitators, also for vertical agitators we can produce helical gear type and coupling type according to client requirements. HYJBQ series horizontal coupling type mud agitator is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, reduction gearbox, motor base, and impeller components.
A mud tank agitator is used for preventing the slurry sediment, from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids.
Working principle
HYJBQ mud tank agitator below 5.5kW adopts cycloid reducer, agitator above 7.5kW adopts turbo-worm type decelerating transmission. The pulsator can make the mixing liquid produce vortex motion to enhance the mixing effect. The tray sandwiched between blades can also prevent mud solid particles from depositing around lower blades after shutdown, it can reduce drag torque of the sediment on the blades during startup, thus avoiding motor overloading and burning.
