Submersible Slurry Pump
HYYZ series submersible slurry pump main feature is that our pump shaft in the submerged part has sufficient rigidity. There is no bearing between impeller and pump casing, and don’t use shaft seal, it can transport medium containing large concentration of fixed particles medium. The length of the pump inserted into the liquid is between 800-2000, and suction pipe can be installed if necessary. The shaft seal adopts a larger pump to run in the liquid, without shaft seal, the transmission is installed on the motor support and support seat by a vertical motor, and is connected with the pump by a coupling.
Submersible Slurry Pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever structure, all hydraulic components are connected by bearing seat, supporting seat and connecting pipe. Liquid is discharged from liquid outlet pipe. Adopts semi-open pump impeller, inlet extension is equipped with agitating blades.

1. HYYZ series submersible slurry pump adopts international advanced theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow and designs according to the principle of optimization. The geometry of flow parts conforms to flow state of medium, reducing the local and along-the-path hydraulics such as vortex and impact, thereby reducing wear of flow-through components, improving hydraulic efficiency and reducing operating noise and vibration.
2. Flow parts of HYANG submersible slurry pumps are made of high-hard alloy castings, it has high abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance to increase it’s service life. In addition, HYANG adopts dynamic pressure reduction to ensure the slurry leakage.
Application
HYANG drilling submersible slurry pump is mainly used in oil and gas drilling mud purification systems, and also can be used in environmental protection, municipal engineering, thermal power plants, gas coking plants, oil refineries, steel mills, mining, paper making, cement plants, food factories, printing and dyeing industries suck concentrated liquid, heavy oil, oil residue, dirty liquid, mud, mortar, quicksand and flowing sludge from urban sewage channels, as well as fluids containing mud, sand, and corrosive liquids.
