The working principle of HYang slurry separation plant(HYZSJC25) is that the mud discharged from the orifice device enters the mud logging tank, and then overflows into the vibrating screen (bottom screen), separates large solid particles, and the mud enters the sand settling bin. The mud in the sand settling tank is sucked out by the sand pump, and the mud is pressurized and transported into the cyclone inlet manifold and into the cyclone, where the mud will rotate at a high speed in the cyclone, under centrifugal force and Under the action of gravity, it continuously rotates and settles downward. Due to the density difference between the liquid and solid in the mud, the solid phase is discharged from the drip nozzle at the bottom of the cyclone, entering and leaving the vibrating screen (upper screen), and the solid phase impurities are separated by screening again. And out, the mud enters the sand settling chamber, and the clean mud is discharged from the overflow pipe at the top of the cyclone and recycled.
The system realizes the functions of purifying and conveying the mud through a reasonable combination of sand chambers, vibrating screens, cyclones and other equipment.
