Tank Suction Valve

Tank Suction Valve (or subsea valve, bottom flow valve) is suitable for pipelines and bins of drilling mud tanks that use mud as a medium. It is used as a control valve for suction and discharge, and also serves as a switch for balance control between bins. HYANG series tank suction valve has a compact structure and reasonable design. It has accumulated years of experience and switched to valve seal, with features long service life and stable performance.

HYANG tank suction valve adopts end-sealed valve plate and rotating lifting mechanism to achieve same and isolation of tank bottom pipeline. The clutch between the valve plate and sealing seat is mainly composed of the valve body, valve stem, hand wheel, lifting rod, valve plate, bearing, and other components.

Working principle

Rotating hand wheel drives lead screw, thus makes valve stem move up and down, which in turn drives valve plate to lift, so as to realize clutch of sealing seat and valve plate and complete valve body open and close.

Application
