Mud Tank Mud Gun

The mud gun is mainly used in the drilling mud circulation system to wash and stir the dead corners in the drilling fluid circulation tank that cannot be stirred by the mud mixer, and to stir and mix the drilling fluid in the circulation tank to uniformly suspend the solid particles in the drilling fluid. It is convenient for the classification and separation of the drilling fluid purification system at all levels to prevent the mud from settling in the drilling mud tank.

Mud guns are generally used with high-power sand pumps or shear pumps, mainly to prevent mud from settling in drilling mud tanks. The mud gun is divided into high and low pressure. The high pressure gun is supplied by the drilling pump from the branch stream, and the pressure level is 1 to 6 MPa; the low pressure gun is supplied by the centrifugal sand pump, and the pressure level is 0.2 to 0.3 MPa. The number of configurations should be decided according to the number of mixers.
