CBM Mud Recycling System or Coal Bed Methane drilling mud recycling system is used to control solid particles in CBM drilling. HYANG mud purification system is a mud treatment system developed based on characteristics of coalbed methane drilling technology and mud characteristics according to the solids control system principle. Our mud recycling system can control the content of solid phase in mud effectively during coalbed methane drilling, and also control solid phase content in mud within 5μm ~ 15μm. At the same time, the mud parameter ratio can also be carried out to improve the quality of drilling mud. Mud viscosity ratio can reach up to 120s and mud specific gravity can reach 2.4g/cm³. In addition, it can also increase drilling speed and extend the mud pump and drilling rig service life thus to ensure safe drilling and reducing the work intensity of operators.
