Jet Mud Mixer
HYANG series jet mud mixer is used in conjunction with the oil drilling solids control system. It can meet drilling fluids weighting and preparation for 1500~6000 meters drilling solids control system. HYSLH jet mud mixer is consist of a sand pump and mud mixing hopper, the manifold valve is connected and installed on a base, our jet mud mixer with features safe and reliable performance, convenient to transport.
Jet mud mixer is used to control the total amount of drilling fluids, it can change density, viscosity, water loss of drilling fluids, which requires put drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder, etc.) and corresponding chemical additives (polymers, etc.) into mud circulation tank. If directly added, it will cause a large amount of drilling fluid materials and chemical additives to precipitate or agglomerate, also it will unable to obtain dispersed and uniform drilling fluids.
