Solid Control System

The solids control system is used to separate and deal with the cuttings, mud, sand, and other particles of the drilling slurry. Maintain the performance of the drilling fluid and store the circulating drilling fluid. so it also called mud circulation system.

It is called the drilling fluid solid control system well. This mainly includes three parts: drilling fluid circulation tank, drilling fluid purification treatment equipment, and electrical control equipment.

The drilling fluid purification treatment equipment mainly includes a shake shaker, desander, desilter, degasser, centrifuge, centrifugal pumps, jet mud mixers, etc.

The whole circulation system is equipped with 5-stage purification equipment.

<br> 2. Desander aims to deal with the 50-100um particles of drilling mud.

<br> 3. Desilters or mud cleaners will remove the clay and little stone like 20-50um of the drilling mud.

<br> 4. Vacuum degasser will remove the harmful gas from the drilling mud.

<br> 5. The centrifuge will remove the fine clay as 2-10um from the drilling mud.
