HYLJBQ series vertical mud agitator is solid-liquid mixing equipment. The reducer adopts cycloid needle tooth meshing, which has the characteristics of stable transmission, reliable performance, low noise, small occupied area, and durability. It's mainly used in the drilling mud circulation system of the petroleum field. In the drilling fluid circulation system, due to the stirring effect of the mixer impeller, the drilling fluid produces circumferential, radial, and axial flow in the circulation tank to prevent the solid particles of the drilling fluid from depositing in the circulation system and stabilize the performance of the circulating drilling fluid. This agitator widely used in petroleum, environmental protection, chemical, cement, textile, pharmaceutical, food, printing, mining, metallurgy, construction, and other industries.
The role of the drilling fluid mud agitator is to maintain the uniformity of the drilling fluid and to suspend the solid particles, while the drilling fluid for continuous and reliable mixing. As the reducer uses worm single-stage reducer, Hyang mud agitator has features of compact structure, light weight, transmission balance, low noise, transmission efficiency, stirring ability.
