HYLW series decanter centrifuge, also known as horizontal spiral decanting centrifuge, is a special equipment for solid-liquid separation designed according to the characteristics of oilfield drilling fluids. It can complete feeding, centrifugal sedimentation and unloading at full speed. Decanter centrifuge plays an important role is various processes such as materials are mainly used to recover barite, remove fine solids, reduce the solid content of the drilling fluid, control the density and viscosity of the drilling fluid, ensure the performance of the drilling fluid.

1. Adopts 2205 duplex stainless steel for straight and cone section, and also centrifugal casting process.
2. Adopts SS316L for the remaining components of the drum assembly.
3. Spiral conveyor is protected by wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy plate, long service life, and easy maintainance and replacement.

4. Branch mouth of the conveyor and solids outlet of the bowl are both protected by a wear-resistant alloy sheath which is easy to replace, lengthen the usage life, and maintenance cycle.
5. Drum assembly is protected by dismantled support during transportation, preventing damage to bearings in the transportation.
6. Famous brands SKF and NSK bearings to improve the machines' stability and long service life.
7. Adopts variable frequency control to it’s convenient for users to adjust rotation speed anytime for different working situations.
8. Electrical components are famous international brands like Schneider or Siemens, selects current overload protection and mechanical limit switch double protection.
