Mud Agitator

Mud agitator is part of the drilling fluids solids control equipment, which is mainly used to agitate and mix the drilling mud to prevent solid particles from depositing in the circulating tank and to stabilize the performance of drilling fluids.

HYJBQ series horizontal coupling type mud agitator is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, reduction gearbox, motor base, and impeller components.

According to reduction gearbox, HYANG produces worm and wheel type and helical bevel type. Among them, helical bevel geared agitators are more popular because it's stable and reliable performance. It transfers more efficiently to the shaft which can save more energy than a common worm and wheel gearbox.
