Extracting oil or natural gas from the ground requires drilling through thousands of feet of soil and rock to reach the reservoir. Therefore, this is a very difficult task and can cause huge losses to your equipment. Drilling fluid will be pumped into the borehole being drilled to keep the bit cool and apply hydrostatic pressure to block formation fluids. More importantly, it will bring out drill cuttings, therefore, a vibrating screen is introduced here. The vibrating screen separates the drilling cuttings from the drilling fluid bypassing the drilling fluid through the vibrating screen so that the drilling fluid can be pumped back into the well for repeated use. In addition to saving investment, the reuse of drilling fluid also means that it does not have to be discarded, thereby saving regulatory and compliance costs.
