Liquid Gas Separator
The HYZYQ series liquid-gas separator was designed and manufactured by HYang. It is the main equipment used to separate gas and liquid from the gas-bearing mud in the well during the drilling process. When the drilling fluid in a certain section of the wellbore annulus is filled with a large amount of harmful gas, the gas needs to be removed to avoid blowout accidents such as blowout or blowout from the surface of the drill pad. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the drilling process, the FDYQF series of liquid-gas separators play an extremely important role in this link, and together with the electronic ignition device, they form a complete set of systems to remove the intrusion of these harmful gases.
Working principle:
The gas intrusion drilling fluid from the liquid-gas separator enters the separator tangentially from the liquid inlet of the separator, and falls on a series of specially designed internal baffles along the inner wall, colliding, increasing the exposed surface area, and flowing downward, causing turbulent flow Separate the gas from the drilling fluid. The free gas is discharged through the gas outlet on the top of the tank. The length of the exhaust pipe is determined and equipped on-site and led to a safe place. The degassed drilling fluid is discharged into the circulation tank.
Features:
1. The liquid-gas separator uses bottom drainage to control the working liquid level to ensure a constant liquid level in the separator, and at the same time solve the problem of sand accumulation in the tank;
2. There is a special channel for gas separation in the liquid-gas separator tank, and the gas is emptied smoothly, which improves the gas treatment effect;
3. The liquid-gas separator adopts a combination of centrifugal separation, physical shock separation, vacuum separation, and other separation technologies to ensure the gas separation effect;
4. Each bend of the liquid-gas separator supply pipe is equipped with a buffer device and a replaceable impact-resistant baffle is installed, which can be regularly inspected and replaced according to the wear and tear, which extends the service life of the equipment;
5. Liquid-gas separator anti-sulfur type liquid-gas separator is manufactured and treated with special materials as a whole, which can completely prevent the damage of equipment by hydrogen sulfide gas in the gas.
