Mud Mixing Hopper
The mud mixing hopper is mainly used to configure and increase the drilling fluid, change the density, viscosity, and water loss of the drilling fluid, and has an outstanding effect when used in conjunction with the shear pump. The mud hopper produced by Huayang has an advanced spraying and collection structure. It has the lowest energy consumption when mixing the same materials after testing. It can mix dry powder materials and self-absorb liquid chemical additives.
The mud hopper is an important part of the jet mixing device. The jet mixing device has kinetic energy and the high-speed flowing liquid enters the nozzle from the inlet reducing joint. The liquid is injected into the tee at a very fast speed, and at the same time, the added material enters the tee from the funnel. The material and liquid are mixed by flow and enter the drilling fluid system from the horn outlet.
