Desander Desilter

Drilling fluid desander is a combination of desander cyclone and mud shakle shaker. The main structure of the equipment is arranged in two upper and lower parts, the desander and desilter cyclone are arranged on the upper part, and the small shakle shaker. The mud shale shaker is driven by a vibration motor to keep the entire screen box in a forward line. The cyclone desander is a secondary solids control device in the solids control system, used to separate solid particles larger than 47 microns in the drilling fluid. The desilters are mainly used to remove the mud particles in 15-47um. 

The desilter has a high separation capacity and a wide range of separation particle size; the bottom outflow of the cyclone is shaped like an umbrella "wet bottom" to discharge the sand so that the particles in the separation zone can be discharged quickly, reducing the probability of underflow orifice clogging; advanced small two The screen mud shaker has large processing capacity, low noise, and long screen life; the symmetrical liquid inlet mechanism makes the swirling flow distribution reasonable and stable operation.
