Desander

HYANG available four models desander: HYCS200-1S/2S, HYCS250-1S/2S, HYCS250-3S, and HYCS300-1S/2S, the former is suitable for drilling rigs over 3000 meters, and the latter is suitable for small drilling rigs and maintenance drilling rigs under 3000 meters.

It’s used to reduce the content of mud and sand in the drilling fluid, increase the reuse rate of mud, reduce the cost of drilling, stabilize the properties of drilling fluids, and improve drilling efficiency. Desander hydrocyclone is made of wear-resistant cast iron. It is reliable, effective, and has a long service time. The sand content after sand removal is controlled below 0.15%.

Application

HY series desander is mainly used for water quality treatment and control of raw water and replenishing water, such as: oil field drilling, trenchless horizontal directional drilling, mud purification cyclone separation of coalbed methane drilling, sand removal from river water and well water, coal washing water, industrial mineral processing, solid-liquid separation, liquid degassing and separation of non-mutual liquids, etc.
