High G Drying Shaker

HYang High G drying shaker is a linear motion shale shaker, which is used to process the drilling cuttings treated after the drilling fluids shale shaker and cyclones to further recover the mud, thereby reducing mud waste and drilling costs; The liquid/oil content is as low as about 10% (w/w) to reduce environmental pollution. The high G drill cuttings drying shaker is designed specifically for the drying treatment of drill cuttings, which can dry the drill cuttings into a transportable state without adding any chemicals.

High G drying shaker work process:

1) Install the screw conveyor under the solids control shale shaker of the drilling rig, and transport the drill cuttings to the HY drill cuttings drying shaker through the screw conveyor or the HY drill cuttings conveying equipment for processing.

2) The drilling fluids treated by the drill cuttings drying shaker fall into the bottom collection tank, and are supplied to the waste slurry treatment centrifuge through the slurry supply pump of the centrifuge.

3) The drilling fluid processed by the waste slurry treatment centrifuge is collected in a slurry tank or returned to the solids control system tank for recycling.
