Solids Control Centrifuge

Solids control centrifuge is a five-phase solids control equipment for processing drilling fluid in drilling operations. It is also called horizontal screw decanter centrifuge or horizontal sedimentation decanter centrifuge. According to different rotary speeds, it is divided into low-speed centrifuge, high-speed centrifuge and Variable Frequency Drive(VFD) decanter centrifuge. HYLW series decanter centrifuge is used to recover barite, remove 2-7μmfine solid particles, control the density and viscosity of drilling fluids, also it's important processing equipment for drilling fluid mud recycling system.

HYLW series decanter centrifuge has two control modes: variable frequency and industrial frequency, also available for various decanter centrifuges for offshore drilling platforms. Industrial frequency drive decanter centrifuge can change the speed by changing the pulley and belt. Variable frequency horizontal centrifuge can achieve a wide range of step-less speed changes, and its control cabinet can directly display the working speed, working current and torque parameters. Our decanter centrifuge engine can be applied to 50Hz and 60Hz power grids. HYANG series decanter centrifuge is equipped with mechanical and electrical double overload protection devices, safe operation.
