At present, Huayang has three treatment methods for oil sludge, one is the harmless treatment of microbial engineering technology, the other is the treatment of indirect thermal desorption equipment, and the third is chemical hot washing treatment technology.


1. Microbial Engineering Technology

This technology adopts high-efficiency biological enzymes and modern microbial fermentation engineering technology to carry out engineering, harmless and resource-based treatment of various types of oily sludge. For oily sludge with oil content ≥ 10%, high-efficiency biological enzymes are used to separate the oil, mud and water in the oily sludge to achieve crude oil recovery.


For various types of oily sludge with an oil content of less than 10%, the special microbial complex flora that uses crude oil and various pollutants in the sludge as the only nutrient source to grow and reproduce, through complex biological and chemical processes, the harmful components are efficiently degraded, transformed and utilized to detoxify, degumm, desalinize and dehydrate, and finally achieve the purpose of biological harmless treatment.


2. Indirect Thermal Desorption Unit

The thermal desorption complete set integrates the process into the following modules: feed bin, feed conveyor, thermal desorption furnace, condensation system, oil-water separation system, non-condensable gas treatment system, slag cooling system, discharge conveyor, flue gas treatment system, heat dissipation system, automatic control system, nitrogen generator, and the transfer flow of solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase medium is carried out between each system module through scraper conveyor or pipeline.

3. Chemical Hot Washing Treatment Technology

(2) Recovery of oil phase, turning waste into treasure.

The complex heavy oil sludge fine chemical hot washing treatment technology, by integrating a variety of advanced technologies and equipment, enables the pollutants in the waste to be separated and cleaned step by step, the liquid phase is separated from oil and water, and the oil phase is recovered.

(3) Suitable for all kinds of complex sludge treatment.

This technology and supporting equipment are widely used in tank cleaning sludge, floor sludge, scum, mixed oil sludge and other types of sludge treatment.

(4) Low temperature decomposition, natural reduction, green and pollution-free.

This technology is derived from the principle of natural cleaning, mainly using low temperature chemical and physical separation, no secondary pollution in the process, and efficient separation of clean soil and sand while degrading pollutants.

(5) The amount of sludge processed is large, and the equipment runs stably.

The average daily processing volume of complex sludge is stable at about 150 tons.

(6) High safety of equipment operation.

The material heating temperature is controlled at 80-90"C, which has high safety.

(7) Recycling of water resources.

The process water is recycled for secondary cleaning to save water resources.
