Drilling Mud Cleaner
HYQJ series drilling mud cleaner with a characteristic that cyclone group is consist of 1~3 high wear-resistant polyurethane desander cyclones and 8~16 high wear-resistant polyurethane cyclones in a combined arrangement. Overflow pipe and feeding pipe have a large diameter, small cone angle; Mortar direction-changing mechanism uses tiltable metal groove fixed with central axis to control the flow direction of the mortar; Circularly arranged cyclone group is used in conjunction with the rectangular recovery shale shaker. Huayang Oil & Gas produces a combined mud cleaner for sand removal and mud removal for drilling fluids, which includes desander, desilter, pressure pump, cyclones, underflow chute, drilling fluid shaker, support, and base. Our HYQJ series mud cleaner is characterized in that a control butterfly valve is arranged between the main inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe of desander and desilter, a chute is provided on the base, a drilling fluid shaker is located on the chute, and a cyclone is equipped with an automatic sand control block device and underflow orifice adjustment device.
Features

2. Adopts high-chromium cast iron lining polyurethane or integral polyurethane material, which has good performance in fluid erosion resistance and long service life.
3. High manganese alloy steel for screen basket, which makes our shale shaker has high strength and also extend the service life of screen basket.
4. Adopts international brand vibration motors: Martin, OLI, with IEC Ex, ATEX, or UL Certified.
5. Heat treatment for screen basket, its surface chooses heavy anti-corrosive coating to ensure service life.
6. High G force vibration strength(adjustable) can meet the separation of high viscosity and extremely high-density drilling mud.
7. Shaker screen can be fixed by plate type tightening and wedge block.
8. Electrical components are famous international brands like Schneider or Siemens.
