How Solid control system is working?

Oil and gas drilling solids control system is mainly for mud cleaning and separation of drilling fluid, and can make drilling fluid recycling, also called mud purification system.

It is suitable for the drilling process of 2000-9000m drilling wells.

The oil solids control system is composed of 3 to 12 pieces of combination tanks.

The bottom of the cleaning tank and the mud mixing system mainly deal with the drilling fluid recycling and storage.

The slurry solid control system can be divided into the following five plates, the vibrating screen main screen ≥76um particles, and the desander mainly removes ≥47um-76um particles. The desander is used to screen 15-47um fine particles, a centrifuge is used to separate solid and liquid, sometimes as solid-liquid oil three-phase separation. Another is a vacuum degasser, designed to break up harmful gas in the mud and prevent well-site accidents.

The solids control system is used to separate and treat rock chips, mud, and sand particles in the drilling fluid, maintain the performance of the drilling fluid and store the circulating drilling fluid. It is equipped with a weighted mixing device, filling device, and chemical injection device. It is used to improve the physical and chemical properties of drilling fluid to meet the needs of drilling work.
