The dual shale shaker is a high-frequency linear vibrating machine. It also has the feature of manual adjustment of the screen frame angle (AWD) during drilling. When the HY series shaker screen is running, the screen frame angle can be adjusted between -1° and +5°. Thanks to structural design innovation, large solid particles can be separated efficiently. A high-strength support beam is used to fix the vibration motor to the screen frame and position it on the screen bed. Positioning the vibrating motor in this way can directly act on the exciting force (G-force) on the screen cloth. The vibration isolation device can protect the base frame from the vibration of the screen frame. The sieve bed is slightly raised to facilitate the tensioning of the sieve cloth. In this way, tensioning the screen cloth can improve the performance of the screen cloth and prolong the service life of the screen cloth.
