HYANG tunneling slurry separation plant is necessary equipment for foundation construction. It's widely used for tunneling, micro-tunneling, pipe-jacking, bored piles construction, piling construction and diaphragm wall construction projects.
Slurry separation plant is popular for projects of AVN Machines, Mixshields, or Shaft Sinking Machines. Tunneling shield engineering is mostly carried out in extremely complex geological conditions or in loose geological structures. The tunneling operator will have to use the drilling mud to stabilize the drilling surface when digging forward. HYANG chooses our shale shakers, desander, desilter and decanter centrifuges to processes separate and remove the excavated solids from the bentonite suspension-a mixture of water and thixotropic clay, then cleaned fluid is transferred back to the slurry circulation.
Our tunneling slurry separation plant model is available for treating capacity from 120m³/h~500m³/h, and also we can produce slurry plant according to the customer's site requirements for mud processing capacity, which greatly meets the needs of tunneling shield engineering.
