Bored Pile Desanding plant is used to remove soil particles from drilling mud and to support mud used in foundation works. They can be water-bentonite, water-polymer or water-cement, and bentonite suspensions. Desanding or desilting plant is designed for a bored pile mud recycling unit and is a very economical unit.
The desanding plant is designed for flexible work and installation to accommodate mud recovery from bored piles, TBM, Trenchless drilling, Micro-tunneling, and HDD.
The main components of all desanding plants are coarse shaker for intercepting stones larger than 5 mm; shaker storage tank; cyclones with centrifugal feed pump to remove fine particles from the suspension; dewatering screen（fine mesh） to extract more water from the solids discharged from the cyclone.
