HYANG Mining Separation System is supporting equipment for coal mine slime treatment, it can ensure the smooth progress of coal slime purification, circulation, control and storage. Horizontal directional drilling in underground coal mining requires strong solid phase control capabilities of the slime purification system, with high-temperature resistance, explosion-proof and anti-leakage.
Huayang Oil and Gas mud purification equipment for underground coal mining horizontal directional drilling adopts three-stage solid phase control equipment: shale shaker, desander, and decanter centrifuge. HYMN series mining separation system is equipped with desander liquid supply pump (pipeline centrifugal pump) and centrifuge liquid supply pump (pipeline centrifugal pump). It's used to removes finer solid particles in the mud, so that it can be effectively controlled. Meanwhile, high-quality mud with reasonable particle size distribution and excellent rheology can be obtained, which can meet horizontal drilling technology mud recycling treatment.
With the increasing requirements for underground drilling, horizontal directional drilling is widely used in coal mining, so there're higher requirements for mud recycling.
