The working principle of the vacuum degasser is to use the suction effect of the vacuum pump to create a negative pressure zone in the vacuum tank. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the mud enters the hollow shaft of the rotor through the suction pipe, and then the main motor drives the rotor. The rotor rotates at a high speed , the air immersion mud coming in from the suction pipe is thrown to the tank wall, and the drilling fluid is separated into thin layers due to the impact of the collision and the separation wheel, the bubbles immersed in the mud are broken, and the gas escapes. Through the suction of the vacuum pump and the air-water For the separation of the separator, the gas is discharged to a safe place through the exhaust pipe of the separator, and the mud is discharged out of the tank through the impeller.
Maintenance method of vacuum degasser:
1. After using the vacuum degasser, the rotor and suction pipe in the vacuum tank should be washed. Cut off the power, remove the sight hole blocking plate, and check the parts for damage. And remove the foreign matter in the tube, and wash the tank wall and rotor with high-pressure water.
2. The above-mentioned cleaning work should be carried out after each use to ensure normal use again.
3. Every other month, use a grease gun to fill the main shaft bearing with 200ml of base lubricating grease.
4. Before each use, check the water level in the gas-water separator and the vacuum pump, and the water level must be added to the specified level before starting the equipment.
5. After using in winter, drain the accumulated water in the air-water separator and vacuum pump in time to prevent freezing and cracking.
