For short, medium, and long lengths of pipe can be installed without intermediate pits. Pipes are installed straight or curved to steer clear of obstacles and existing services. It can make no disruption to road, river, or rail traffic and no scarring of the landscape.

Not do any harm to the surface obstacles such as buildings, trees, roads, rivers, etc, to escape from the damage to surface structure and buildings lost.

There are 4 Stages in the Horizontal Directional Drilling Process.

Stage 1 – Drilling the Pilot Hole
Stage 2 – Pre-Reaming the horizontal boring
Stage 3 – Pullback Operations
Stage 4 – Installation of Conduits                    

When the HDD drilling machine works, there would be produce and drilling mud, and also the drilling mud will do the cooling role and loosen the soil for the rig bit.  Hence, the drilling mud had been produced. The drilling mud content is 90% water, but specific additives give the product its desired properties. However, water quality plays a significant role in the performance of the additives. Therefore, it is vital to treat the water first. Bentonite helps control pH and hardness levels.
