After collecting oil-contaminated (waste) sludge
1. To add an appropriate demulsifier and active agent to emulsify oil and water in the emulsified state.
2. After demulsifying oil-contaminated (waste) sludge, adopt efficient HYLWS series three-phase centrifuge to carry out a three-phase continuous separation of oil + water + slag.
3. The water separated by centrifuge and the undemulsified mixture of oil and water can be directly transferred to the sewage treatment system for treatment.
4. The HYLWS series two-phase centrifuge with high efficiency of dehydration can be used to complete the dehydration task. 5. The dehydrated residue phase can be recovered by the combustion or thermal desorption process, and the separated oil can be collected and used as crude oil.

Separation performance :
1 This method can recover about 80-90% of the oil (oil density, demulsification effect, temperature, etc.), the recovery of oil through the disc centrifuge further purification can be used for refining;
2. After centrifuge separation, the impurity water content of the oil phase can reach < 3-5%;
3. After centrifuge separation, the dryness of the slag phase can reach 40 ~ 60%, and the total volume is more than 80% less than before separation.
