Jet mud mixer is mainly used to configure drilling fluids, change drilling fluid density, viscosity, water loss, etc. It is one of the special oilfield equipment for weighting drilling fluid. It is equipped with sand pumps and pipelines to form a jet slurry mixing device. The equipment can also be used in trenchless engineering, adding bentonite or other chemicals.

The drilling fluids shale shaker we supply this time is a model of HYZS585-4, the vibration is a straight line, equipped with 4 composite frame screens and 2 vibration motors. The main function is to screen out solids such as large particles of drill cuttings. The clean mud with fine particles after treatment will fall to the shaker tank and wait for the next treatment such as desander, desilter, and centrifuge. The separated large solid particles (usually above 74 microns) are transported to the outside of the screen under the vibration force and discharged out of the tank.
