HYANG drilling fluid shear pump is composed of impeller, volute, bracket, stuffing box, driveshaft, pulley, combined belt, motor, and bracket.

The shear pump impeller is the core component of the shear pump with high shear efficiency. The impeller is mainly composed of five parts: axial flow turbine, storage tank, pump wheel, pressurized cabin, and shear plate. Axial flow turbine, pump wheel, and storage tank are made of stainless steel precision casting with a compact structure.

Application

In drilling fluids, due to insufficient shearing, the polymer will produce many "fish eyes", which will damage the formation, reduce formation permeability, and production of oil and gas layers. Therefore, high molecular polymer needs to be pre-sheared, and then enter the drilling fluid system to improve drilling fluid performance to give full play to its role. HYJQB series oil drilling shear pump can provide high shear efficiency and speed up the dilution and hydration process of the polymer.
